They can get very busy but even with a large crowd, we were seated in about 5 minutes. I got the French toast and added the side... of eggs and sausage with green chili. The French toast is amazing and I dipped every few bites in the green hot sauce and it wasawesome. The sausage and green Chilli was almost sweet in taste which I wasn't a fan of so I fixed that with the green hot sauceas lol the mimosas are good and I had 2! I was in town doing some work and wanted to eat somewhere we're not a lot of the out of towners go. I found The Local and it is... definitely off the beaten path. The staff was kind courteous always made sure that our coffee was full. Our food came up prettyquickly and it was very delicious. What a great experience. Always friendly staff. Where can you go and make just about everyone happy for breakfast! Total vegan... menu! If your allergic to eggs they have just egg and can do some great dishes with it. Flat cakes are the bomb. Baked goods arewonderful. Go and get your grub on! The staff was very polite and our server was cheerful and helpful. We quickly received our drinks but had to wait over 30 mins... for yogurt and an order of eggs/potatoes/bacon. The chai was bland. My Greek yogurt was served with dried up yogurt on the sidesof the bowl. The pineapple was bitter, but the granola was delicious and gluten free. I understand higher prices for organic,quality ingredients, but the flavors and plating presentation of my meal and tea made it questionable if worth it. I wasthrilled to see the gluten-free pastries and the lemon cookie was yummy! I?d go back just for that again. Read more
This restaurant is amazing ! My grandmother and I are gluten free and I was so amazed on all the options and how yummy it tasted... !
