They can get very busy but even with a large crowd, we were seated in about 5 minutes. I got the French toast and added the side... of eggs and sausage with green chili. The French toast is amazing and I dipped every few bites in the green hot sauce and it wasawesome. The sausage and green Chilli was almost sweet in taste which I wasn't a fan of so I fixed that with the green hot sauceas lol the mimosas are good and I had 2! I was in town doing some work and wanted to eat somewhere we're not a lot of the out of towners go. I found The Local and it is... definitely off the beaten path. The staff was kind courteous always made sure that our coffee was full. Our food came up prettyquickly and it was very delicious.
