This review is for DEBORAH, the one and only person working by herself in this Subway tonight at 7:30 PM. Deborah never got... flustered; she was extremely polite and helpful to all, during a very busy time with a line of customers and mobile pick-ups.She got all the orders correct and made great sandwiches! Ordered a tuna sandwich foot long. There was one employee in the front that seemed to be very unhappy to be there. Maybe court... ordered. I ordered extra tuna. The amount of tuna that was put on the bread was barely enough to lightly spread on the bread.After waiting five minutes for the employee to painstakingly put the light spread of tuna on I asked if this was double tuna. Heproceeded to tell me that was what I ordered and that's what he gave me. You would think that a $12.99 plus tax sandwich wouldhave some tuna on it. I told him to keep it and went to Subway at Walmart and actually got a tuna sandwich. The franchise ownershould be aware of this. Hope it helps for the future. Pulled into town on Dec 26th with the grand kids. They wanted a pizza from Papa Murphy's next door. The girl needed to use the... rest room real bad. I asked for the code to the door and was told restrooms are for PAYING customers only. I told the associatethat I buy sandwiches here all the time. He said restrooms are for PAYING customers only. I understand their policy, however,Ihave been buying sandwiches at this store for a long time. If I were the owner of a sandwich business with the SAME store rightacross the street, I would be doing everything I could to get customers in my store. Needless to say I will be buying sandwichesfrom the store in Walmart ( right across the street ) or down to the store at Frontier Village. Read more
Made an online order to hopefully be picked up when I started my lunch. When I got there the line was out the door and they were... working quickly. I went up to the front to ask about my order and they said they haven't started it as they've been busy. I saidokay don't worry I'll wait. I waited for about 35 minutes, watching everyone else get served, before I had to go back to work.Moral of the story don't order online. Standing in line and ordering in person takes priority.
