Manager hangs over kids in a very demeaning manner even picking off items and tossing back in tub because it "was too much",... actually it HAD been the right amount. Watched him grab food with bare hands transfer items from one customers sandwich toanother's. Nasty rude smug rip off artist not sandwich artist. BOYCOTT!! I have been to this subway multiple times and there is 2 young girls who work there and they are rude beyond belief!! They talk... about guests to each other under their breath and roll their eyes when you ask for anything. They are extremely unprofessionaland the worst customer service I have ever received. The final straw was hearing them talk about a guest who clearly had alearning disability, WHILE he was ordering his sandwhich. I don't want to give 1 star because there is a WONDERFUL young man whoworks there who is very sweet and makes the BEST sandwiches!! I will only be going there if I know he is working and I havealready reached out to corporate and will continue to do so until something is done about this. Read more
We came in on a Saturday morning around 11 & the place was clean & set up for the day. The bread was fresh & so we?re the... ingredients. The 2 people working tonight were awesome! I came in to order sandwiches for my family by myself.They worked as a team so well... to just get me in and out quickly! The customer service was amazing. I didn?t have cash to tip them tonight but they definitelydeserve it. Subway should allow tips on the credit card. Thank you both for smiling at your job and just providing greatcustomer service!! This location is exemplary! My only complaint? They need more tables. Very clean, efficient, and their staff is wonderful. Their... ingredients are always fresh and they lower the sneeze guard in between their occasional lapses and keep everything cool. Avoidthe lunch rush, if possible. However, they are skilled and quick with large crowds. Service is superb! They make a greatsandwich and really care about you as a customer. Read more
I am a Girl Scout leader and my troop goes to camp in Prescott as often as possible. We always make it a point to stop in to... this specific location because the staff is AWESOME! Picture this, 6 vehicles pulling in at 7:30pm with 30 people, 24 of thembetween the ages of 11-17, all having to get their dinner after being stuck in the car for 3 hours. We do our best to have ourorders together and make it easier for them, but...... Anyhow, not only is their food fabulous, their facility is sparklingclean, and the employees professional and so fast!, but they are patient, helpful and welcoming. We make sure everyone we speakto knows this is THE place to stop in on your way in to GS camp. Unfortunately, I never thought about praising on line-mybad-but I had to now due to a situation Friday night involving 2 rude and generally nasty customers that were there. Most folksgive reviews on line to complain or voice their negative opinions, and after listening to this couple, I knew, due to all oftheir extremely loud and angry remarks, that they were going to 'report these people'. I have made it my mission to try andcounter act their gross rudeness and overall horrible attitude. And they displayed all of this in front of the troops, which ledto some great conversations on the way to camp! It seems one bad review can cancel out a dozen excellent reviews.
