After the order I just received.. I hope I never purchase anything again from Papa John?s. There was nothing in the pappadia.... The large pizza - I could see the crust and has little sauce and tasted like cardboard. The chicken was semi-decent. Allextremely cold and disappointing. Read more
Delivered the wrong pizzas to my house and I was unable to get ahold of the store. Had to drive there myself and upon arrival... the cashier had the phone laying on the side of the answering machine so that?s why I couldn?t get ahold. Cook threw a fit thatI wanted a remake even tho I was delivered the wrong pizza entirely. Nobody in the store was wearing gloves, there are roachescrawling around in the main lobby. I requested a refund but the manager absolutely refused but eventually made my pizza. Iwaited almost 40 minutes for the remake. I won?t be eating it or at this location ever again Read more
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I would rate a 0/5 stars if I could. Placed an order for two pizzas at 6:30 pm, and they said it... would take 20 minutes. We arrived there in 20 minutes and ended up waiting 45 MORE minutes. Very lackluster service, no urgencyas each worker folded boxes and ignored us/made pizzas at a snail pace. Severely understaffed as there were four others waiting,workers uninterested and had no incentive to get our pizza out, it should NOT take 1 hour to make two pizzas. It seems like every time I go to this Papa John's the staff there goes on beyond job description. They're very nice they're very... sweet. The girl that was working at it tonight Kylie. She was was very nice and very sweet any question I had she answered it.She didn't get irritated by me and she kept a smile on her face a very polite Papa John works. what you guys are doing withyour workers. Your are doing a good job keep it up. Thank you. Plus your food is delicious you guys out beat a lot of places. Idon't like pizza but when I want pizza I go straight to you guys first. I love Papa John's, that's my go to pizzeria. Unfortunately they have discontinued their Veterans discount which I think is a... poor marketing move. It used to be very generous and if they would have just reduced the amount instead of eliminating it thatwould have been a much better move. Read more
Just had this so called pizza delivered. Both pizzas have crust as thin as a piece of paper and the breadsticks are over cooked.... Paid over $40 for a worthless dinner. Read more
