Waited for over 20 minutes after being pulled forward to park , finally decided to go inside and see what was going on and was... accused of not buying anything and that they need to see my receipt. After getting the receipt they still were extremely rudeand said it's going to be a few minutes, 10 minutes later I finally received my 2 bowls . Absolutely terrible service and noreason to take so long with at least 5 people working. Strongly recommend not going here unless you want to be treated terriblyand have all day to wait . Read more
Gm Assistant/Manager was super friendly what great young lady.... Everyone was super great to my little ones and me. With 5 kids... under 8 they made the experience super easy. And Brandon if I'm correct the 18yo. When over and beyond to make sure we wherecomfortable and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the kids hated the apple crisp lol??????????? Ordered takeout for 8. Just under $100.00. All the food was great, with the exception of the crab rangoon. It was both over AND... undercooked. Not easy to do. And it was smashed into a small takeout container. Everything else was packaged properly and wasdelicious. They were extremely stingy on the sauces, napkins, etc. For $100.00, I think you can toss in some extra soy sauce andnapkins....... Read more
It's typical Chinese American fast food. It's good for the amount you receive but the quality is a hit or miss. Sometimes they... have perfectly fresh stuff and other times it tastes stale. I really do like the crispy almond chicken and the kung Pao. Thestaff is friendly enough and they are fast. Read more

Finally ate here and was not let down by the customer services and food. As we walked in everyone greeted us. This was the... fastest I've ever been served standing in line. There was 3 separate people to help get our orders instead of just one person asother pandas I've been to. The food was good and fresh on this visit and the attitude of everyone up front was bright eventhough they were busy. I'm pretty sure the vibes were good in the back as the food was coming out fast and good. Good job pandacrew! I'll be back. Read more
Panda Express has really gone down hill up here in Prescott tons of onions in the noodles and the teriyaki chicken was super... greasy and chow mein super dry. Could not even finish my plate got a stomach ache now. Never again. Unless I have too then Idrather eat chipolte if I have to eat out in that area. Disgusting. There was a sign that said that they're out of Styrofoam to go plate so they were doing everything out of the a la carte. So my... wife and I ordered the two entrees and a side, and this is the portion that came out. Still their normal prices are about $25for the two of us no premium items, but the portioning is probably half if not smaller. You've never had this problem in the onein Prescott Valley so I guess until they figure out this supply chain issue I would probably avoid Panda Express in Prescott ifyou don't want to pay more for less.
