Great food, good server. My husband and I both had the prime rib tasted great. Appetizers were great too. The live jazz music... was fun. Only issue was when we called the restaurant for a reservation the lady on the phone was rude, we almost didn’t camebecause of her tone and telling us how busy they were. We came in a little later and we were seated right away withoutreservations. Don’t believe the lady on the phone and don’t let her rudeness turn you off to a great restaurant. Read more
This was my first visit to Prescott and to this restaurant. I wasn't sure what to expect being it a small city, but I was quite... surprised. The area was beautiful and I bet even more so in winter. The appetizers were awesome. I had the calamari, supertender, and the crab cakes, again very delicious. My entree was prime rib and it was excellent as well. Great atmosphere and avaried menu that includes fresh fish. If you are ever in Prescott please give this restaurant a try. Read more
It has been a while since I’ve had as bad an experience as I did here for the money we paid. We ordered a ribeye and a filet... hoping for the best. My filet came out blue rare when I ordered medium and my friends ribeye was maybe a quarter inch think andraw. There was virtually no flavor to the steaks. We ordered a “jumbo” shrimp cocktail and out came some of what I can onlydescribe as anything but jumbo. It just feels like this is a restaurant that is more focused on squeezing everything they canout of the customer as opposed to offering a quality experience. 2 entrees with no drinks and a shrimp cocktail amounted to$160. I randomly popped into this place for a bloody marry and I’m happy I did. The atmosphere was really cool and the service was... friendly. I enjoyed my Bloody Mary and all the food specials looked good as well. Seems like a great spot to go with family orfriends. Worth checking out! Read more
Atmosphere in the restaurant was great. Had the 12 ounce Ribeye -pictured-which was good but a little over cook. The girls had... the steak salad which they all loved. Place was very busy and our server did a very good job with our table of 6. Read more
Excellent late lunch! Walked over and found the restaurant 2/3 full! At 3:45 PM?? Happy hour included several food options! My... “French Dip” was spectacular! We tried this place for dinner while visiting from out of town. We were greeted right away and seated. The server got our drink... order right away. We ordered the mussels appetizer which was fantastic. They bring you fresh bread and garlic butter to snack onwhich tasted great. I ordered the Pork Chop and my partner ordered the Prime Rib, both were cooked to perfection. Also added aCrab Cake which was delicious. For dessert we ordered the Cheesecake and Chocolate Cake. Both were made in house and tastedfantastic. I do not usually like Cheesecake but theirs tasted like homemade. We cannot wait to return. Read more
The crew was great but the overall experience was eh. Imo it's more expensive for what you get. It's not bad but such a place... should stand out. I am half German and my life is Germany but Murphy's is ok. Read more
