Came here for breakfast Friday and Saturday, ordered two coffees and two mcgriddles. Both times they got the coffee wrong, I... even called out the lady in the window on the second time I was there. She tried telling me the receipt said two cream, not twosugar, however the receipt showed two sugar, no cream. Also the lady that took the money was eating food while taking money,very unprofessional. Won't be coming back ever again... Read more
Unfortunately McDonald's is no longer a good value. The food is smaller and way to expensive. A breakfast meal for $12? Are you... kidding. Most of the staff are like rocks, no personalities. They mess up your order and they are rude about it. I don't gothere for myself anymore. Only if I am with someone do I go there. Read more
I don't understand why you are charging for water. Supposedly it's for the "cup". I think that's ridiculous. What if someone had... no money and they were gonna pass out from heat exhaustion? Too many people that smoke during the job can?t focus have to ask your order 5 different times. Poor customer service. Play too... much can?t keep focus asking to buy sauce like ranch bbq etc. I think they need better people and managers to be honest, theyhave so much slack like it seems like they don?t know what they are doing Read more

Ordered a double quarter lber with cheese meal a few weeks ago... took a big honking bite outta my burger and it was soo rare I... thought it was gonna start "mooing" I've never seen a burger from McDonald's undercooked soo badly in my life.( it was bleedin)lol.. HOWEVER they instantly redeemed themselves. Without me having to ask them after i showed them the wildly undercookeddouble quarter pounder.. they refunded me the price of the burger and made me another at 175°!! can't be mad at all and amwilling to give them 4 stars for being so friendly and apologetic and I was not expecting a refund AND another burger to say theleast. So you know what, thank you guys, I will be coming back for another Burger! Read more
usually i get good service but of late the employees that take your order at the drive thru must not pay attention or listen to... the orders bc they have been ordering the cheep version of what you want and mixing up orders. I ordered a spicy deluxe chickensandwich twice now and they keep giving me the hot and spicy 1 dollar chicken or they give me a chicken sandwich with barelyanything on it. I might not go here anymore. KFC is right next door. Read more
