At 7:45 PM refused to take an order, manager didn't care, she said it was not her responsibility. I will never eat there again.

Good pizza just when u ask for extra toopings they do not add extra even when u make it clearly known to add extra .

The people are very rude and looked annoyed that I would even show up to order anything. The app no longer works for online... ordering at this store. Employees were eating where they were making the pizzas. I'm pretty grossed out and scared to even trymy pizza. Read more

Horrible experience, extremely rude staff. I walked in with a smile and said hi to the cashier even though he didn't return the... favor. I witnessed other customers leaving as I was waiting for my order because no one acknowledged them. My order was wrongand I was treated horribly. I would have asked for a refund but I had already wasted over 20 minutes and left my card in my car.Will not be returning. Read more

I went in and got one large pepperoni pizza, the staff was eating behind the counter, they were sitting on the counters, they... took all the chairs for people waiting for the food and the employees were using them. The food isn't bad but the staff isabsolutely horrible and the health inspector needs to do a suprise inspection. Read more

Frankly I could have eaten the box easier. The crust is awful, like cardboard. The pepperoni tasted like soap, or maybe that... was the sauce. Very disappointed . Read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. We ordered online breadsticks and the batman calzone and when I went to pick up our order,... they said they didn't have the batman calzone anymore (although advertised on the website). We paid online and when I showed up,they said they had no record of our order although I showed them my receipt on my email. The guy had to call his manager and puther on speaker as she told me "I'll be in tomorrow so I can just refund the money then". I simply asked if instead of refundingthe money, if they could just make a regular pepperoni pizza and get the breadsticks which would equal about the same price wepaid online. They said that was fine. Waited OVER 30 minutes, while other people ordered and got their pizzas and I asked thekid how much longer and he said "oh, it was ready and then someone must of taken it." At that point I walked out. Absolutelyterrible management, can't believe this place is still running. Other people we're waiting for just as long as me. Don'tadvertise things on the website if you aren't selling them in the store. Read more

I love Little Caesars pizza! Even with the local franchisee here who is regularly closed for lack of employees. They have... experienced huge employee turnover yet I still continue to come because I love the food. Tonight I ordered some pizza for thekids and an Italian Cheesy Bread for me, I love how soft it typically is and the ?crack butter? they spray the pan with! Afterpicking up, I walked to my truck and ate a piece as I always do before I even hit my truck. It was cold, hard, stale, and mildlywarm. I took it back in and kindly asked if I could please have a fresh one. She said it was made fresh. I assured her that itwas not. She opened the box, looked at it and then said, ?yes it was?. I was not in the mood for a fight so I simply said, youcan keep it. I walked out and am writing this now. The franchisor needs the throw the towel in and sell the franchises he ownshere! His employees are terrible, they aren?t loyal to him, they don?t serve customers well. Give up bro! I can tell you hatewhat you are doing by the employees who work for you. Read more
