We had a large problem with this location on the night of Aug 20 2022. The management staff wouldn't speak with me directly... walking past me giving me no attention at all while the regular employees crowded the counter and talked down to me about theissue we had tonight. The food was sub par on this night with the macaroni and cheese being watered down with no flaver, thechicken was supposed to be half crispy and half regular with it all being mushy skin and indistinguishable from the rest. Wewould of looked past all that with all of us working hard this day but we found a cockroche inside of the mashed potatoes. Theytried to say we put the cockroche in my own mothers food for her to find or that we had cockroches in our house. When my motherfound the cockroche she instantly started gagging, coughing, and vomited up the little food she did eat. After trying to getthe owner to come to the store or the number of the owner they told me the store was corporatly owned and told me corporatesnumber was on our receipt. The number was not on it and I proceeded to call corporate after a google serch. After being on holdthey did answer and I'm vary happy about them answering on a Saturday night. That's why this review is worth the one star it isgetting. When i was speeking with and leaving an incident report with corporate i was informed the store is a franchise with afranchise owner so the employees lied to me on top of the aditude directed at me on the phone and in the store. This storesmanagment capabilities and customers services skills has reflected poorly on the rest of the ditrict management and corporatefallow ups on their franchise holders. Read more

Main employee ignored me from the moment I arrived. I'm a doordash driver and the food was incredibly late on being made. I got... her attention finally and asked roughly how much longer it would be since I was already waiting for 15 minutes.
