The manager, Hannah (if she really is one), has got to have the absolute WORST at handling issues that her employees... cause. Being told at the drive thru speaker to pull up to the window, usually means they?re acknowledging you. Not me. I gettold to pull up, I?m behind a car. The car gets their drinks and pulls off and I?m immediately behind them. The girl walks awayand I?m left waiting and waving to them for a good 15 min. They saw me wave, walked even further into the back. I ended upCALLING THIER PHONE and it happened to be by the window, so the girl finally acknowledged me. She doesn?t care at all, shrugs itoff and says sorry she forgot about me. Manager comes up with the exact same attitude, neither of them care about the experienceor the waste of time or anything. Not even a single genuine apology or I wouldn?t have asked for the manager over the regularemployee anyway. Not everyone wants a refund, I certainly don?t and didn?t but a GENUINE ?we?re sorry? gets you a long way. SadI wasn?t even offered that. Read more
I was soo excited to find out that we were getting a Jamba in Prescott! The customer service is always exceptional when I go in.... The general manger is always so sweet and happy to help her team when they get busy and always so amazing when she takes myorder inside at the counter or at the drive though! It really is sad that the management here is so awful. There's a woman named Debbie who has only been awful and rude whenever... I've come across her. You've lost a customer until her attitude is dealt with. I would understand if it was a one time issue, weall have bad days, but that woman is continuously nasty. I've even seen her yelling at employees within customer view. Sounprofessional! That is not the kind of environment anyone would want to put themselves in. One star until you find someonewho's actually good at customer service to run the place. Read more
Got the order wrong didn't do anything to make it right. 7.43$ for something that tasted like they used bad fruit. Bad service... the store has a bunch of kids that pretend to be sincere and play around at work. Just spend 3 minutes blending it yourselfinstead of waiting in line for a while it will taste better too. Looked at their reviews on the corporate website it's ratingson average is 2.1 three months ago it used to be a little higher. Read more

5 stars for customer service and delicious açaí bowls. However, the cold brew is absolutely terrible. Not the first Jamba I've... had it at, it's just plain terrible. I love black coffee but this stuff needs to go. Read more
