Usually the drink section is disorganized and I've always had something go wrong with my order. The last time I went, I ordered... a Spicy Nacho sandwich, which is a sandwich with a chicken patty, onion rings, nacho cheese, and Jalapeño. Being from the Los Angeles area until moving to Northern Arizona. I grew up with Jack Box so I always look forward to going to... the 1 in Prescott. There Breakfast menu is good and they still use real eggs. Read more
I received a moldy bun with my hamburger, but didn’t open it until it was too late to get lunch. I had to go all day without... food, drive all the way back to Jack in the box to only receive a refund for just the burger. The workers were very rude, didnot apologize or compensate me for the major, disgusting inconvenience!!! Read more
Disgusting-we rarely go to jack in the box, but today I wanted some tacos! Love jack in the box tacos! We have come to this Jack on the Box many times expecting it to improve. We usually get tacos or burgers but are very... disappointed in the food. We liv 5 minutes away and our food is ALWAYS cold when we get home. The McDonald's across the streetdoesn't serve cold food. Also, I told a young man at the drive up window that they needed to clean the window and outside on thecounter. It's the first, and only, thing you see when you pay and get your food. Horrible cook! How do you mess up tacos? So burnt there wasn’t any filling. The cook cussed out my husband when I asked for... new ones. And Last time I came here I got charged for some one else’s order it was $35 when mine was only $9. And theydidn’t even know how to refund it so nothing got done about it. 2nd time coming to this location. Second time wasn't any better. First time the woman thru drive through didn't seem to care... about her job. No thank you or have a good night. Got a teriyaki bowl and when I got home the bowl wasn't even filled up. Washalf way and was hardly any chicken. Was upset about that visit. Yesterdays visit my daughter wanted tacos. So went for a driveto get some and when ordering she said the tacos were frozen and couldn't make them. I was like isn't everything you have foodwise frozen? I think she didn't want to make them so ended up leaving and she was rude as hell too. Let's just say I won't begoing here. Rather drive up to PV for Jack's. Read more
