Historic hotel in a great location. Excellent customer service. Rooms can be kind of small, so be sure to look carefully at the... room online before you reserve one. Several levels with an attached coffee shop, restaurant, and happy hour. If you can't handlestairs, there's an elevator but the attendant has to use it as it's very old school. Read more
My best friend had her wedding there and when we went to check it out and get details we were shown where we would get ready and... that we would have a bridal brunch brought to us. The day of the wedding they gave our dressing room away and never brought thebrunch that was promised. The lady that told us to get there at 8 didn't show up till after 10. No rehearsal was done soeverything was just winging it. It was all horrible. Never want to go to that hotel again for no reason. I was supposed to staythe night there as weddings run late but they were charging over 400 for 2 nights, and refused to let me stay only 1 night.Ended up canceling my reservation as that is ridiculous. What kind of place only let's you book if you're staying more than 2nights. And I was supposed to get a discount since I was in the wedding party. That didn't happen! Never again. Have yourwedding somewhere else. This place is unorganized and ridiculous. Read more
Very nice people to host your stay at the inn. Don?t forget to visit the bar. Food is delicious and entertainment on some nights... in the courtyard. The atmosphere beings you back a few years. Read more

Location location location. Just a few steps from whiskey row, and in addition to the great location this hotel is beautiful.... Of course the rooms and bathrooms are small because this is a historic hotel, but they are clean, quaint, and the beds arecomfortable. Enjoyed my stay and I plan on returning. Read more
Room small but charming. So tight you hit toilet paper when using toilet. A/C thermostat didn't work until maintenance came... up. Enjoyable lounge with great drink selection. Good breakfast at reasonable prices. Great location to courthouse andtouristy shopping. No covered parking but safe location. Nice staff. Read more
The staff at the Hassayampa Inn are exceptional. From when I called prior to our trip until we checked out of the hotel EVERYONE... was incredibly friendly, helpful ,and knowledgeable . The hotel itself is super unique ,and beautiful. The rooms arecomfortable. The food in the restaurant is quite good although pricey, but good. The location of the hotel is super. Overall wehad a very nice stay there . The staff really will go above & beyond to make sure their guest are not just comfortable ,buthappy. We will definitely be back !!! Read more
Took the family here for a thanksgiving dinner. Years back (2-3) the thanksgiving buffet was amazing. So many options and... everything delicious. It is terrible now. Wasted a whole bunch of money on a garbage ?thanksgiving special? with no turkey, buta grimy game hen, a tiny scoop of potatoes, and stuffing that I wouldn?t feed to a pig. Absolutely horrendous. This place usedto be great on thanksgiving, not anymore. Never go here if you intend to have a nice meal with your family. Read more
