Worst experience ever. Ordered on door dash. Door dash driver showed up and informed the driver they were out of what I... ordered. No big deal. Dasher didn't have time to wait.. I tried to call Dennys 15 times in a row to see if I could replace theitem and I could come and pick it up myself. They answered the phone.. and immediately hung up on me every time. I get they'rebusy but 2 seconds to figure something out would've been nice instead of hanging up on me and my wife over and over. I drovedown there and ended up getting the food since we couldn't get a refund for it. Update: gave them a second chance today and theydefinitely disappointed today. My wife and I can't think of a more pleasant place to casually dine at than the Denny's in Prescott. The staff, especially... Angie, is extremely friendly, cordial and competent. I can reiterate the same about the manager Jeff. The food is equally asgood and flavorful. Reckon I could do a heapin' more praising about this here Denny's but better you try it yourself. Read more
Tough to rate this, the dinner was short staffed, kitchen crew was working hard, both of them. Our food was good. Waiter was... not happy about being the only wait staff for a busy night. No bus staff. There was a lady that had no value added shecomplained the entire time and sent customers away, I assume she was the manager or leader. Maybe this would be a good place ona slow night. Just moved into Prescott. Denny's used to be my "go to" place for any dining and after-hour eats, hey why not decided to order... food from this place and that's when the hurricane hit. Ordered 4 different dishes for the group. The sides that I ordered?Didn't appear, rather the kitchen replaced them with only a dish of half sliced Garlic Bread on top of this Sirloin (photo 3)...total of missing three different sides that I paid for. (Photo 1 & 2) Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger, it's there, how about theextra avocado, layer of beef and another extra slices of swiss cheese + a side with it? Can anyone see from the photo, because Ican't. So, despite the order coming to me an extra 20 minutes late (nearly cold), I called the place to speak to whomever packedmy food or a store manager. The man who was working on May 25th @ 20:00PM hung up the phone on me three times before I made myfourth call, which a woman picked up with even more brutal attitude ever. Her first and last quotes were literally word-by-word"seriously call up the driver's company because all we know, we didn't mess up and more likely the delivery possibly tamperedwith your meal" So, just the heads up to anyone who's planning on going here for their near future meal AND of course to thoseworking here, you do realize that tampering with a meal [ex: Domino's Pizza case decades ago] is a felony, correct?? Also, thefact that when I have proof and other eye witnesses who compared receipt to what has been delivered, you do realize taking moneyand not giving full service is also a felony, correct?? Just as I mentioned in your online rating, if I or anyone were to findanother disorientated "thing" about these food delivered, the next step will be small court claims + health department +Prescott PD + Prescott publisher. The place was basically what you would expect, a Denny's. My food was made well enough although they burnt the heck out of my... hash browns. They easily got me a replacement for them though, so that's not too bad. Their pancakes were really well done,and so was everything else. The server was super nice and attentive which is great because no one likes to sit with an emptycup. Well done guys. Read more
My wife and I walked out because of how bad of an experience we had. We waited for over an hour for our food. When we got it,... our food was cold, not even put together decently and our toppings which we had ordered extra of, were given to us cold in ONEsmall sauce cup. When we asked about our food, our waitress told us the restaurant was "full". My wife and I both looked aroundat multiple empty tables and guess there was an absolute max of 40 people present. Our waitress never checked on us the entiretime we were there after taking our order until we had stopped her to ask. My wife and I are usually rather forgiving towards abusiness if they are actually busy and struggling. But the shear incompetence here was absolutely ridiculous. If you want to goto dinner, you could do better from Walmart than waste time here. Keep in mind, there were maybe ten people there prior to us,after us, people came in and they were all being served before us.
