Proudly proclaims winning some awards in the last few years. Yikes. The ribs came out cold. There was only one person at the... bar, which I don't ding for, but she was pretty slow. Maybe that's just how it is here? I've gotten beer at a club faster thanhere with only one person in front of me. The different sauces were nice that they were provided. I liked some of them. Itdoesn't make sense why they have a counter order and pickup order style, but then have people walking around like servers. Iguess if you're craving BBQ, have plenty of time to kill, and are in this area it's good? Oh and the ranch beans were actuallyhot and was probably the best item I had here. Read more
Its a great place. The food is amazing and the staff is just as amazing. You go in, get a table, look over the menu and then get... in line to order and pay and get your number and pick up your food from the pass when they call your number. The self servesauce bar is amazing too! Read more
This place was very crowded when we went. There was barely any air movement and so it was very stuffy. Not good with the amount... of people that were in there. The food was good and came out fast. We shared some beef brisket and fries. The drink from the barwas delicious. Drink name "I'm your huckleberry" Read more
Went here over the Forth if July weekend. Food was incredible! Had a sampler platter with all the meats and everything was... delicious. Tried many of the sauces and loved that too. We love to bbq and smoke meat ourselves so it is rare that we find arestaurant that has done their meat to our liking. Colt Grill knocked it out of the park! Will be back next trip up north. Had the brisket sandwich, sweet potato fries and pulled pork. BBQ ???? was very good, lots of sauce options so you can spice it... up how you'd like. Sandwiches had a sweet bun which was pretty tasty. Only negative would be pretty pricey, and to get a beer???? you had to stand at the bar, she seemed a bit annoyed I wanted a drink. Might come back to bring guests but probablywouldn't eat here often. Read more
The good: We split a full rack of ribs and added the 'Make-it-a-Meal' option. The ribs arrived already separated and sauced. The... sauce was OK, but I would have preferred selecting my own. Also, they were fairly chewy. The smoked beans were very good. Thenot so good: They do not have towelettes to clean your saucy fingers. They do not have WiFi. Read more
Today was a great day to be in Prescott. Went up for the day to get out of The Valley and to plan the snow and it was well worth... it. Stopped in Prescott on the way back and found one of the greatest greatest barbecue places That I have eaten at in a longtime.They make everything in house barbecue Sauces of all kinds of flavors Mac and cheese their own brisket ribs French friesyou name it they make it in house. Staff was excellent and friendly and they can guarantee I'll be back and tell everybody to gothere???? Read more
Food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. The only complaint would be that you stand in line to get food, another line to... get drinks and then go to the window and get your good. I think it could be laid out a little better. Read more
