This is the second time I?ve had to wait 20 minutes past the time of pickup. The first time I waited 50 MINUTES. That?s insane.... At Dairy Queen we were expected to never let a line go out the door. I thought chipotle had higher standards. I see how theworkers are working as slow as humanly possible, and that is causing the hold up. If you can?t handle chipotle?s speed, go toMcDonald?s. People want a fast, convenient, and consistent meal. Both times they have forgotten an item. Will never dine hereagain and will drive the extra 10 mins to the other location. Should have gone to burger king. We've tried ordering from this location about 4 times, it's never been correct. Once was... cancelled after it was placed with no explanation. Required you to pay and order online due to short staffing. Waited over 45 minutes for order and could see my order was not... coming out anytime soon so I left. Don?t order food from the app for pick up here, they?ll wait 40 minutes to tell you they?re all out of what you ordered AFTER... your scheduled pick up time. I understand being busy but I have experienced this multiple times this month alone only at thislocation. Frankly, the entire point of the pick up time is to NOT wait, everyone in line came and went while I waited and wasignored by staff. I finally became flustered enough to ask for a refund, the manager proceeded to ignore me while he cutchicken (still wanted me to wait longer to speak to him) only to tell me I needed to request a refund through the app. Hecouldn't even tell me how to do that. The food is GREAT. The management team should focus on achieving a better staffing goal or train to a higher standard.
