I went through the drive thru this morning (10/11) and the food was awful. One sandwich was cold and hard, the other was soggy... as all get out. I worked in the food industry and know cold food (that is supposed to be hot) can make people very sick becauseit?s not the right temperature. I was the only person in line, so to me my Food should?ve been close to perfect. But instead Ididn?t even eat it. Read more
Everytime I go here it a mystery whether you're going to get food or not sometimes they're open sometimes they're closed... sometimes they're closed for 10 minutes. I understand with everything going on right now and nobody wants to work but good Godcan't we get something right. Read more

I go to Carl's pretty regularly for breakfast. My wife loves their bacon burritos. I went yesterday and the business hours... clearly state they open at 6am. It was 730. They were closed. I went again this morning after dropping the kids off atschool, this time there were plenty of employees there with the back door open as I pulled up to the order spot.. I waited 5minutes, nothing. The employee that was in the back ducked back in, I pulled up to the window and they ducked behind the wall. Like.. if you aren't open, just say that instead of playing stupid games. Man, went here for breakfast at 6:30 and no response from the drive thru. Went into the dining room and the lady didn't know a... word of English except sorry and we assumed that they didn't have food. Was a favorite spot, but I can see the plague of badmanagement has hit them as well. Never coming back, wasted my time there and on this review. Read more
After ordering a couple burgers that were free with the purchase of any drink we were told to park in a parking space. After... about 10 minutes a lady brought out just the burgers. When I inquired about the drinks were told that the machine was down. Nother fault but felt weird paying $13 for two soft drinks that we didn't get. Read more
