Two of us visited Arturo's for lunch today. I ordered their $15.00 Steak Burro and my lady ordered a 3 item dish. Have to say... for $15 bucks, I expected a Burrito....Naah not even close...The tortilla itself weighed more than the amount of meat...A tinybit if lettuce, dab of Guacamole and a spoon full of Flank Steak...Thats it!! Our first couple times here were great went again on Saturday many months later to find over cooked chips didn't taste good. ... Our food was served with lettuce that tasted bad and very soggy. When we mentioned it to our server she took the plate and hadthem make more food. After eating my meal by removing the lettuce I couldn't eat more so now I have tacos and tostada to bringhome and reheat with lettuce on it. Didn't make a lot of sense but my husband's burrito had lettuce in it which was the same. None of the employees were very friendly which is why we opted to not say anything and never return. My husband ended uptelling the server since he was not happy. We asked for more salsa and was told we would be charges. Can't say this is a placeI will return to. Prices went up and quality down. I forgot to take a picture but we ordered 2 chicken flaunts, carnitas burrito and a side of rice. The food looked and tasted... amazing. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will definately eat here again when we come back. Read more

UPDATE 8/2/21, Awful! What a HUGE difference from my 1st Visit a month ago! Today, the chips and salsa are still good, however... the exact same meal I had b4 is AWFUL ???? The plate was SO HOT it burned my hand 10 minutes after being served, and thechimichanga stuck to the plate! The Chicken was OLD, DRY, YUCKY! Guacamole is old, dark color! The beans are obviously fromanother day. (look at my photos from today, last 2 in the list, and from the first visit)! Service was dull and unfriendlytoday. I ordered a side of sour cream and it was brought out with the server's palm cupped over it???? I will NEVER come back,waste of money and time! First Visit: a month ago: Fresh, tasty, plentiful food. The service was so so. Was freezing cold, so I kept my coat on the whole time. The chips and salsa were delicious. The carne... asada tacos were small for $10. I had the pollo especial ($16.99) and it was spicy but good. I asked for sour cream on the side.Honestly, Olivas' has the better pollo dish and cheaper at $11. Read more
Got a bean and chesse burrito with shredded beef and it came short and fat.... not a good sign. It was filled juice from the... beef and cheese was barely there. Tortilla was falling apart because of the excessive amount of juice .top of that The burritowas poorly rolled. Read more
