I've been a waitress before and I know how to check up on customers ask if their satisfied with the meal and ask if they need... anything or refills. Our waitress NEVER checked on us! Never asked us how our meal was, my bf waited about 3 mins for A1 sauce.The table behind us got attention but us NO!! Told my bf she didn't need a tip but gave her some anyway. Regret stopping in here lol...wanted a quick beer before a movie and caught "happy hour". Kind of sad to see they remodeled and... don't have any cheesy decorations left (kind of what Applebee's was all about, no?) Bartender was openly talking about how heliked other restaurants much more than the one he was currently working a shift at. Ghetto vibes, 2 beers came to $20. Nothanks, never again. Read more

We came in about 8:30 on a Sunday evening. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was with us almost immediately. She got our... drink orders and then got our appetizer order. She stated she had only been working there a few day, but she was great. Superfast and everything was perfect. Another server brought our appetizers and salads out to us, super quick. In the meantime ourserver had taken our dinner order and got it in. Before we knew our dinner was being brought to us. I was highly impressed withthe service and the food. Being so late on a Sunday, I was truly not expecting things to go as great as they did. So I commendthe servers and the cooks for giving us an awesome dinner. First time and this Applebee?s and honestly the server was nice but the service was slow. They say their short staffed but there... were plenty of people working. I ordered an appetizer for my meal and it took 1/2 hour. The food tasted good but there was WAYtoo much salt on the chips!! Read more
Went to Applebee's for a Birthday dinner. I hadn't been there in around a decade. It was my boyfriends first (& last) ... time. We went early on Sunday around 4:00 to have an early dinner. The service was sooooo slow. It was a good 20 minutesafter being seated to be offered any drinks and a view of the menu. We ordered our food and it took around 35 minutes for myboyfriend to get his entree and then another 10-15 to get my dinner plate which was ice cold. Prime rib sandwich with ice coldfries. After our food was placed we didn't see anyone after to let them know my dinner was cold. We watched for a Managerwalking around we didn't even see our waitress. There was a young girl walking around with a spray bottle stating that it wascrazy to work there and she didn't know why she was working there? We watched a couple that was set behind us get up and leaveafter not being welcomed and served. We did talk to the Manager it was the first time we had seen her out on the floor thatnight. She did give us our meal for free. We paid for our bar tab. She did say they were short handed (seems like a popularexcuse since Covid). It is really sad for this Applebee's here.
