Young lady at the counter argued with us about our order. As a throat surgery patient, we just asked that the chicken be extra... chopped on our cobb salad. She insisted that it was already completely chopped every time. All attitude & nohelpfulness. Food was very good, even if I did use my pocket knife and cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Read more

Several occasions when I've placed an online order, they did not put dressing in my bag. My last online purchase my order was... ready 30 minutes after they said the order would be ready. I'm stand at the counter waiting for an order they they neverstarted. No apology given. Read more

We always get a family meal and used to you couldn't go in and it would take forever but nowadays the wait isn't to long esp for... being a Zaxby's and is usually the family choice for family meal deals.
