Very bad experience 3 times in a row. Extremely rude staff that are teenagers and don?t want to wait on paying customers. Told... my teenage daughters today that I would not pay money to eat at this place again. The guy at the register and the girl went backof forth asking ?Who wants to wait on these girls? and left my daughters standing at the counter 2 minutes starring back andforth at them until the guy decided to take their order. Three strikes and your out with me! If you don?t want to work then stayat home but if you are the owner shame on you for not making sure your business is ran accordingly. Service used to be good, but they hired new people and they cuss up a storm while customers are in the store and they made the... food incredibly messy. An employee was also on FaceTime and I waited for service for about 5 minutes and he literally looked atme. Read more
We are not locals, yet like to eat at the location (off Cobb Ford Rd/across from Target in Prattville, Alabama) a few times a... month. My family love the smoothies, wraps and Flatbread. We also love this location is the closest distance to where I live.With this order, we ordered 2 cookies, a quesadilla, and chicken pesto. My chicken pesto wrap was beyond torched/burnt. I tookwhat was salvagable to place on a tortilla at home. The cookies that came with the order were not received. This is not thefirst time something happened to my order. I had hoped this visit would not have been the same. Sadly, this is the finally timeof attempting to eat at this location. I will drive have to drive to the Birmingham market with hopes of having a betterexperience and better prepared food. Edit: I did not notice that I accidently left a Google review for the wrong Prattvillelocation on the original date of purchase. I absolutely love tropical smoothie 100% but today wasn't one of there better days. I ordered salt and vinegar chips only to... find out they gave me sea salt didn't give me my edible straw (a dollar may I remind you). My smoothie still had large fruitclumps and they didn't put a effort into the food. I would honestly prefer to drive 7 extra miles to where I know the food andorder will be correct. Went in today and ordered a all American wrap and the person who was working for got the egg on the wrap come on who forgets a... egg on a wrap and the smoothie was not blinded good and there where chunks I just asked for my money back this location ishorrible the one on memorial drive is way better.. this location needs training more or something. Terrible customer service. They were rude as soon as I walked in the door and have been on multiple occasions. I ordered 4... smoothies and a flatbread and chips and they tossed my receipt. They brought out 3 smoothies, then my flatbread, and all walkedaway. I stood and waited for someone to come back and finally had to catch someone's attention to get the 4th smoothie Iordered. They told me to check my receipt. I pointed out they threw it away without asking if I wanted it. They then told me Ionly ordered 3, I told them I ordered 4 and even the stickers said I ordered 4. I paid for another one just to get back to work.Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
I?m writing this review mainly to talk a bit about my experience here. I decided to stop in fairly early in the morning to grab... something quick before work. I was greeted with an ?Aloha? from the worker at the restaurant and immediately noticed that therewas bit of a line ahead of me. I didn?t think much of it until I noticed that there was only one person runningeverything...taking order, preparing food etc. Well I would like to say that everything was speedy, but I understand that wasn?tgoing to happen. What I do want to say is how attentive the worker was. Even though she was putting in orders, making food, andhanding food to the other customers, she still would acknowledge that I was waiting in line. Stopped here before heading back to Auburn after a visit to the doctor, ordered 2 smoothies and a hummus wrap. I asked for NO... CHEESE on the wrap because I can't eat cheese. What was in the wrap? CHEESE....So, I had to throw it out. Your staff reallyneeds to make sure when a customer says "no" to cheese or whatever, it could be serious to their health. Pay better attention!!As I've gone over past reviews this is obviously a big problem with this store. Instead of sending the same tired response toall the "complainers", try actually fixing the problems with the staff and you might actually have a great successful business. Read more
