The last time we were here, they got our order right but the food tasted old. The frys were cold, and the burgers seemed like... they had been cook way earlier and were dry as all get out. We come through this mcdonlads a lot but it's always a gamble of thecondition of the actual quality of food. The associates There were very polite. Extreamly busy with the breakfast rush. Yet there were associates cleaning, inside and... outside. They were very fast with order's. I was very impressed. Thank you McDonalds ???? Read more
Toner in the receipt machine is so low you can't see your order. The worker taking order ask every two seconds "is that it."... Then while I'm ordering tries to give me my total while I'm still placing my order to rush me. The order is normally wrong. Theyobviously aren't spending any time on customer service so they should have lots of time to make a cheeseburger without pickles. Read more
I can't describe food taste because I returned it before I ate it but this place is ridiculous. Inefficient, uninformed, and... unable to communicate. I may have to cut this Don out my life. Order food in drive. Pay at window sound too high look at receiptsee the coupon code wasn't redeemed asked about it was told the code didn't work and they couldn't redeem it now that it wasrung up. so we asked for a refund, should have been for a sandwich, got a refund for both sandwiches?????????. So now one personhas no food. Get the content of said order check it to see if I have everything and the chicken sandwich that we ordered weasked if it could be on a Mcmuffin instead of a biscuit...yeah or naked. We received a naked chicken patty in a saladbowl??????. So everything was returned full refund. But this process took about 10 minutes of ask a question then have thatquestion shouted across their kitchen because nobody can just stop and find out and/or already know the answer or look it up. I ordered on the McDonald's app.The food was good and hot, but I could definitely tell all that they were not happy to see me... when I came in despite no prior conversation with them. Lastly, I Must have made a mistake and ordered one more large fry thanwhat I needed and I Was told that there was no way to remove the large fry from the order. I definitely know that you can removethat from the order they just did not want to go through the trouble of ithe trouble of it. But for me that is a extra $4 tospend that I did not have to. Once again though I Was definitely at fault for accidentally Ordering one more large fry than whatII needed, but a look but a little understanding goes understanding goes a long way for me. Worst customer service everything I go as well as poor quality of food preparation and food taste. They always say the ice cream... machine is broke just so they never have to make any milkshakes or ice cream products. I will never return and would recommendno one else who cares about where they spend their hard money. Read more
