I have never experienced such a rude woman working the drive through. She had zero patience and began yelling at me and the... occupants of my vehicle when we could not understand her fast and improper speech. Please put people who can actually talk onthe window, and maybe people with soft skills. Bought 8 piece meal online when I went to pick it up the food was all cold, chicken was one drumstick and 7 wings all VERY... small. We ordered a 64oz drink container and got there we had 1 large drink is all they would give us as replacement becausethey no longer carry the 64oz container that is still on there order menu. Also looked in bag and 1 large side was Missing, noplates or utensils we ordered, and listed several packages of ketchup, honey, and hot sauce. Told employee at register they wereon receipt but missing in order bag. She got a little bit of attitude not bad but proceeded to say if we would have ordered themthey would be in order. I showed her receipt online and their own copy stick to order bag with everything listed. Employee thenwent and got large side that was missing but said they were out of everything else. The plates, utensils, and condiments were inmultiple stacks and baskets directly behind her in open view but since they were free on order I just looked at them counted mylosses just glad to have what I did. I just smiled wished her a good night and let it go life is to short to sweat the smallstuff but I doubt I'll be going back at least not for very long time. Was very disappointed Read more
Good food as always but they did forget our gravy, so my sister had to park and go in to get it.
Went in and ordered the #6 combo, original and all white meat. Supposed to be $9.99. Was charged an extra 1.59 for the white... meat and only got 1 breast and 2 wings. Have ordered this combo many times and I have never been charged extra for the whitemeat and always got 2 breast and 1 wing. Don't know what is going on but I will not be back. Over $13.00. Looked on the internet for Prattville KFC menu & it showed 2 featured specials of a sandwich, side, drink & cookie or chicken... breast, side, drink & cookie for $5 each. Went to KFC & they said it was for online orders only. What I looked up was regularmenu, not online ordering. They would not honor that price. I did look up online ordering menu & it only showed full priceitems. I think the employees are incorrect, but they refused to look at what we tried to show them. Decided to give our money toChick-Fil-A instead. I think this is a rip-off & false advertising. Read more
Spent $32+ For 8 pieces of chicken and 1/2 gallon of sweet tea. Asked for cups at the window and was charged more for those. Tea... also leaked in my vehicle. Rude service. Silly extra charges. Read more
Staff was amazing! We arrived at 8pm and didn't realize the lobby closes at 8 and drive through was open till 9. Cashier... greeted us with a smile and even offered to let us dine in (we chose not to as we are not that type of person... we know whatit's like to want to leave work ASAP). Our Togo order was hot, fresh (even right at closing) and delicious! Read more
