This was an awful experience went in to order lunch to go and the girl walked by several times looked at us and still did not... acknowledge us, when we finally ordered the lady that took our order was rude and had an attitude didn?t give me the receipt andwe got our drinks o wanted two sweet teas the one out in the lobby was empty I tried to let them know but none of them payedattention so we got sodas instead, then we got our food and she put it on a tray I told her it was to go she got an attitudeabout that she just threw them on the bag and when my daughter asked if our ranch was In there she didn?t answer her she justput one in the bag, and I said this was the worst customer service ever I will not be back the last replies BYE with anattitude! And none of them had gloves on so never again will I be back!!! Read more

Customer service was horrendous, waited 5 minutes with no one in front of us, before we were even acknowledged. The crew stood... around discussing personal lives instead of attending to customers. Fries taste as those they were saturated and undercookedwith seasoning. Cleanliness is a zero, there wasn?t anyone in the dining room yet all the tables had some food residue on them.The couple waiting behind us left and said it was the worst jacks they?ve ever been to. This is definitely an establishmentwhere you can tell the employees are just collecting a paycheck and the managers clearly don?t care either. It?s a shame I haveto give you any stars. Read more
Jack's used to be a great place to get chicken strips and fries. It had been a few years since we had last eaten at this... location. What a difference a few years makes. Out last experience was not good. The chicken strips were much smaller and roomtemperature instead of hot or even warm. The store was dirty and we had to clean our own table before we could sit down and eat.There were plenty of team members in the back joking and carrying on. Apparently this was much more important than ensuringedible food and a clean environment to eat in. Read more
African American girl who took my order was very rude .She wouldn't acknowledge .She didn't say you are welcome even though I... said thank you a few times .I am white and She treated that the white gentleman before me the same disrespectful way .Not tomention both of our orders came out after a long wait. Ate lunch at 1pm so the crowd would be gone. Was waited on by a young b/f who had no idea what she was doing. There were at... least 5 others working but were busy horse playing and wandering around. I ordered a 2 piece white chicken dinner . And sheentered it wrong so she wandered off to get a manager card to correct it. Finally came back and tried again. I ordered achocolate shake also. I paid and waited. There was one other customer in the building. I continued waiting. She started makingmy shake and started yelling we be out of chocolate. I said it would be awhile till someone gets more chocolate. I told hevanilla would be fine. She then asked me what pieces were white? I received my order and the chicken was cold and dried out. This morning I went there and ordered a breakfast sandwich a ham to be exact I was not happy when got home waste of money !!!... Jack's always has good things to offer, whether it's hamburgers, chicken, fries, shakes, or breakfast items. I like their prices... too -- very reasonable. The service here is competent and friendly; it always makes for a good experience. C'mon in! Read more
