We used to go to Waffle House for late night food but now we drive from Montgomery to Hooters for late night food. One of the... beat locations I've been to. My husband and I came in for lunch today. It was fairly busy for a game day Saturday and were seated promptly near the front of... the restaurant next to the outdoor seating door. However, once we were seated, we were completely ignored. No one took ourdrink order. No one acknowledged us to say, "Hey I'll be with you in a minute." We waited 15-20 minutes. Nice place to go check out a game and eat some decent food. People say that no one goes up hooters for the wings but that isn't... exactly true. I do go for the wings but also the sports on TV. The scenery isn't bad either. Read more
This location has been in town for a while and today was our first visit. I've only been to one other location and it was years... ago, the food and service was so bad I was reluctant to give this one a chance. However today I did and I'm glad we did. Sure,girls in the outfits but really, big deal, I'm here for food. On the subject of the food, my wife and I were happy with ourmeals and the beer tasted fresh and at a good temp. Our server was very friendly and stayed on top or refills from beginning toend. If I were pressed to find a negative for the visit I'd say the music was a bit loud but then again it was all good musicso I really didn't mind that either. Read more
I ordered a 10 piece traditional wings with Habanaro sauce. I ate 3 of the 10...they were so salty I couldn't eat any more. The... waitress at the bar asked if I wanted to try something else and I told her no. I didn't want to get stuck with another meal Icouldn't eat. Yeah I could have asked for them not to charge me for the wings but as I looked around everyone was eating theirmeal as though it was their last. So I thought it was just me. My son ordered the same thing so I asked him if his wings weresalty and he said they were a little heavy handed with the salt. He at 6 of the 10 wings he ordered. Hooters use to be the spot,but my last two visits has not been good. And we went on a Friday at lunch time and the place hardly had customers.....which Ishould have known better to stay. So we paid, left a nice tip and departed. If y'all ever go back to the way Hooters use tobe....I'll try y'all again. But until then, I'll just cook my own! ?? Read more
Not really sure if the reataurant was understaffed today AND our server was below par for expectations, but for the first time,... we had a pretty awful experience today. Literally 28 minutes before our kids drinks arrived. I got my draft beer immediatelyafterwards, but the wife waited another 10 to get her margarita. To be fair, we frequent this location regularly and usually, wehave a great experience, I just hope that today's experience is not a trend. Next time we try it out, I'll update. Read more

We had a group of 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids). They werent busy. We were able to get the table for all of us as soon as we... walked in. We sat there for almost a hour and no one got our food order. 20 minutes for anyone to even come take our drinkorder. Other people had come in after us and had their drinks and food while we were sitting there waiting to put in a foodorder. They gave us an attitude when we desided to leave after being ignored that whole time. I do not recommend eating here ifyou aren't by yourself. Read more
