Short and sweet with the attitude of the manager at this place at this party I will not come back, store #1501470, someone in... management should look into this matter. They DO NOT give you the correct burgers at this location. They are 0/3 this past month. Twice ive ordered a Big Cheeseburger... and they've given me a cheap regular cheeseburger both times. The other time I ordered a Big Hardee and they left out an entirepatty. These people DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE BURGERS OFF THEIR OWN MENU. If they cannot get simple burgers correctly it scares meto think what else they screw up there. Will not be wasting money there anymore. Read more
The bread was stale and the lettuce was wilted to the pointed of turning black. I don't know why they would send that out. No... wonder people in prattville I talk to call this location the ghetto hardees of prattville Al. The one that's close to downtownis so much better. I would've never let that go out to a customer. Do not stop here. This is a Monster Burger with bacon. It has half a strip of bacon half a piece of onion and a forth a piece of... lettuce. The tomato is as small and green as they come. I never give bad reviews but this place sucks. Read more
Everytime I go there they under cook my chicken tenders . The last time I called them she said I could come back . I came back... two weeks later & they said it's nothing they can do .Just go to the Millbrook location of the 1 further downtown Prattvillebecause the service here is pitiful!! Read more
