Filthy. This place is not maintained at all. The tiles and vents on the ceiling above the food prep area are nasty. You could... see some fridges in the food prep area that were smeared with grease and handprints and obviously hadn?t been cleaned in weeks. The floors were really dirty. The bathroom was dirty. No paper towels in the mens bathroom. We were actually harassed by aphorid fly while eating. On top of it all while eating we could overhear the employees talking about how one of the dishwasherswashes dishes too fast and probably isn?t cleaning them properly? The only positive is that the food was good. But we won?t beeating here again for fear of how sanitary it is. Read more
I am so unimpressed with this Prattville location. The sandwich making process is so slow and there's hardly any meat on them... now-a-days. I get that there is inflation and I dont mind paying more as a result, but when you pay more and get less that'sunacceptable. I've eaten at firehouse restaurants for a decade or more and I see the hand writing on the wall for this location.Its on a slow decline and may soon be out of business if it continues to have slow service, less food for your dollar and whatseems like an "I don't care environment". Absolutely love these subs. I'm especially fond of the Smokehouse beef & cheddar and absolutely love the Hot pastrami and swiss.... Their Mac & cheese is also excellent. Read more
Rough... Filthy. Can't keep up with orders. Trash overflowing in both cans. Teas empty and lids no on anyway. No ice in coke... machine. No napkins. Sandwich makers confused as to what to do. Chips not stocked. Dust mites hanging from ceiling over foodprep area. Been here for 20 min now and still haven't received our 4 sandwich order. Do not recommend. Read more
I?ve worked at Firehouse subs for 2 years and I?ve never had an experience like this with a customer or a coworker. I ordered a... sub and it was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, I wasn?t mad, I just went back in to get my sub remade. i watched the lady atthe register write it down correctly on receipt paper and read it back to me to confirm it?s correct. After it gets made, thelady working on the line opens the box and asks if it was correct. It looked the exact same as the first sub I was served. Icalmly let her know what was still missing on the sub. She takes it back and goes ?Well that?s not on the paper but I?ll put iton there anyways?. Excuse me??? How are you going to tell me what?s not on the paper when I watched my order get written downAND repeated back to me?? I do NOT recommend coming to this location for a Firehouse Subs experience. ???? This location is slow and dirty. I travel a lot and give fair and honest reviews. The GM needs to step up their game. 6 people... shouldn?t take 10 mins to make 3 sandwiches. They are friendly but you need more to run a business. Dirty fingerprints ondoor. Soda machine dirty, I stuck my hand on the plate and it was slimy, tea plates had sludge on them ice machine had sludgeand slime. I tried the water tab and a piece of black mold fell off into my cup. I forgot to take that photo. Please make sureyour store is having deep cleans on slow days and nightly soaks of parts for the drink machine with sanitizer. Read more
