Okay look, I?ve been coming here on and off for a year to the Prattville DD?s. And I can?t figure out it it?s your lack of... pride, lack of management, or lack of motivation. Maybe all three. But I never have a good experience here. Prattville is closerbut I will drive to Wetumpka to get my sandwich and coffee every time. Not only because Wetumpka?s DD?s team is friendly butbecause my sandwiches are hot, and they have plain bagels! You never have plain bagels, I can live with that but maybe youshould raise your par. I always go for the sourdough egg sandwich or the sweet maple bacon sandwich. I get it at Wetumpka andit?s hot and toasted. I get it from Prattville and I get bread, cheese and egg are cold. My bacon is Luke warm. Today I gotmaple bacon and my croissant was hard as a rock. I understand your burnt out I understand you probably don?t get paid what yourworth. I understand you probably have things going on outside of work. But don?t take it out on the guest, and if we are beingkind to you be kind to us. Read more
The service was horrible. The entire staff was completely rude and the iced coffee drinks I ordered, they tasted Ike they were... made with 3 day old burnt coffee. Never again will I do business with this Dunkin Doughnuts Read more

Used to love this location. Service was fast and the donuts great. Last few times we visited there were no donuts available. We... came in today and the place was a complete mess. No other customers were there, so the place should've at least been clean. Theemployee was sitting with her cell phone, Gatorade, and vape at one of the tables. When she saw us coming she quickly went tothe back and it took her several minutes to even show back up at the register to take our order. Also, there were barely anydonuts available. First time to stop here while in town on business. Probably the fastest order time ever. I normally order on the app but this... time I went to the drive thru. The service here was so much faster.
