went in for lunch nobody was at counter my wife pointed out that the employee was sitting in lobby eating with his friends ... other worker was standing at drive thru looking out window daydreaming i guess we stood there over 10 min not 1 employee spoketo us or said they be a minute NOTHING the employee in lobby eating and having a party wiht his friends walked right by ustwice to get his friends condiments and never acknowleg us he went back to sit down and enjoy his lunch we left WILL NEVERRETURN HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC Read more
It was clean on the inside, but no worker to be seen.... I could hear them faintly as I stood in the lobby for several minutes.... Finally when someone noticed asked me if I wanted to order. Restrooms had trash all over the floor, the floors were wet and the there was no soap to wash hands with. After visiting the... restroom and seeing how dirty it was we chose to not eat here. If there is no soap in restroom we came to conclusion that theemployees are not using soap to wash hands after using restroom and then going on to handle food. Yuck Read more
Let me just start off by saying I love DQ pretzels. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied today. I purchased the 2 for 5 pretzels... and a drink and only received one order of pretzels. I tried calling the store several times no answer so now I'm back on theinterstate headed back to DQ for the rest of my order. This is a inconvenience to me because I was headed to a family functionand because they didn't answer the phone I have to reroute. Please check orders and do better. UPDATE* I went back in less than10 minutes and the girl at the window knew that my order was missing a part. Her name was Karen. She was polite but the managerI guess was very pushy as if she was ready for us to get out of the drive thru line. So I asked Karen to ask her supervisorcould I have just 2 pretzel stick on the house for the inconvenience. She said NO! I really didn't want it. I just wanted to seewas customers appreciated. The food was amazing. I got a chicken strip basket. The bread wasn't cut though. The wait was alittle long but not too bad.
I just ordered a regular order of onion rings at DQ and looked my receipt they are $3.79 there is a total of 6 onion rings in... the container. WTH? Read more
strictly speaking about cobbs ford rd. this dq is trash. staff is rarely pleasant to conversate with. generally, they keep their... heads down and focus on work which boggles the mind as it takes foooooooorever to get your food. even when in store is empty andthe drivethrough has 1 to 2 cars at a time. 15 minutes for a dd order is far too long to be waiting for something that issupposed to be fast food. especially when its not even peak hours that i grab from this location.
