I placed an online order a while back only to never receive my food or a refund. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told... that I had to wait because the instore customers were priority and online orders were secondary. I normally would wait, but onthis day the line continued to grow. I continued to check in and kept getting the same response. I asked for my Money back andthe store declined saying that since I placed the order online, I needed to request it online, and they directed me to a theirchipotle bot. Getting a refund was never an option, and instead they opted to give me free chips with my next order. I reachedout to their head quarters several times and never received a response back. Not only did I waste my time and money, I'm surethis happened to several others. I haven't gone back since and have no intentions of doing so. We walked out. When we arrived we had been on the road for 4 hours and needed to go to the restroom before ordering. My husband... went to the mens and I went to the womens. I noticed that the bathrooms were disgusting and my husband reported the same. When Iwas leaving the restroom, I used a paper towel to open the door and tried to find a trash can to throw away the paper towel. Isaw the drink area had a mini trash can for straw wrappers so I threw it away there. The employee next to me said ?That?s not atrash can, ma?am?. I was shocked she waited for me to take it to the trash can. I was shocked that someone many years youngerthan me could be so disrespectful. Someone that is good at customer service would discreetly remove the trash and just simplysmile because it is amusing. My husband and I then noticed how much trash was all over the floors and food all over the tables,we watched the man assembling the food and not putting a full serving on the order of the person ahead of us. Sucks!! Everytime we come in they are low on food and very unorganized. Three employees were standing around talking. No one was... bringing out more food. I asked for limes and they told no. I asked for them to check and the girl at the registered sighed andbrought back 2. Portion servings were 1/3 scoop. Literally got 7 beans on my bowl. Came in around 7:30pm so there was plenty oftime to bring more food out. Another guy came in for his mobile order which he placed an hour ago and he had to wait 20 min toget his. Service was extremely poor. We haven't been in a while because of this last time. They literally served themselvesbefore us and so oh we forgot you were standing there. Worst experience ever! Tried to order 4 small tortillas with cheese for our 1&3 year old as they can?t have the sides. Have... ordered many times at this location as a side tortilla with cheese for 50cents each and they tried to charge me $18 and wouldn?tnegotiate! So now my kids can?t have what they wanted and we will never be back as they are rude as can be! Bad enough last timeour rice wasn?t even cooked? it was like eating crunchy maggots! I go here every week day after I leave the gym. A lot of days it is great. Then about once a week the rice will be hard and... crunchy. Last night they were out of steak. Tonight they were out of steak,chips, red salsa and white rice. The rice was hardfor the second day in a row. Very disappointed. Read more
