The most LAZY and INCOMPETENT staff. I pulled up and sat in front of the speaker thing for minutes while calling out to the... staff. No one answered so I pulled up next to the window. Not many fast food joints will make something they ran out of out of scratch materials. I went there for breakfast before work... and I think it was a grilled cheese sausage/ egg sandwich I ordered and the guy said they were out but made one from other foodstock without me even asking. Top notch service, at least on his shift. The middle age black dude who was working on October12th at 6:45AM should DEFINITELY be considered for advancement if he has not already. Read more
I normally like Burger King, but this one was pretty bad. Their drink machine was out of order (repair person was working on... it), but all in our 4 person group just asked for water, which took a ridiculous amount of time to provide. Also there were nonapkins anywhere except behind the counter. The same for condiments. We had to ask for every single thing. Luckily, we hadcoupons, so the cost of the meals was reasonable. Read more
It's Burger King and fast food and about what you would expect. At the time of our visit they were moderately busy. With one... grill cook that I could see, but still managed to keep up. The drink machine in the lobby was broken, but refills available atthe counter. Tea was not available as a drink because that way broken too. Staff was efficient. Read more
The health department really should be called out to this location & close it. When your fingernails are longer then your... fingers & you?re touching peoples food. That can?t be sanitary, at all. Combine this with zero respect for the customers becausestaff is caring on their own conversation & just sticks their hand out the window for your money without greeting you orconfirming your order. Then shoves your change/card back at you while still having their own conversation. Followed by shovingthe food out the window with still no acknowledgement. There?s a huge problem. You wait for a good 15/20 minutes & receive coldfood & fries taste like they were leftover from the day before. Do not go to this location. This is the worst Burger King in the world. We pulled up to the drive through and they asked us to wait. We waited 15 MINUTES... and asked them twice if they were still there, no response! We then drove around to go inside to order, they literally lockedthe door on us and would not let us in. Latiqua is apparently the supervisor and needs to be fired. If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would! Never have I ever waited 40 minutes in a drive through for food only to... be extremely disappointed. Waiting in line for that long you would think the food would be hot and fresh. Instead it was coldand looked reheated. The girl at the window is rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. Ignoring customers andopenly laughing at someone trying to get your attention is unacceptable and unprofessional. The drive thru was open but My husband and son went in to order. There were no other customers inside and there were three... workers behind the counter. The workers totally ignored them, even after my son said excuse me three times. They looked at himand did not even acknowledge them at all.
