The wings were three different flavors and were perfect. The sides were potatoes and celery and carrots. The potatoes were... great, but the celery was slimy and the carrots were bits and pieces, like one inch long. A sorry showing for the veggies to besure. Never had that experience when dining in. Took longer than expected to be seated as they were pretty empty. Our waitress was very friendly though. Most everyone got the... boneless wing lunch. Huge selection of flavors...avoid the Thai curry if you want it to taste Thai. Honestly what they haveflavor wise is Indian curry. Came in Saturday with some friends and decided to eat at Bdubs. Our server Callie was fantastic and made us feel very welcome.... She explained the food wait and made sure everything came out perfect! Also gave drink recommendations. She?s awesome. Greatservice! Read more
My observation today is a poor one. The first thing I noticed was that tables were not cleared of dirty dishes. The waitress and... waiters were not concerned of the customers and making sure they had what they needed. We sat at bar and watched a customer haveto come to the bar to get a refill for there drink due to there waiter not returning. And another customer getting up to getsalt and ketchup from another table since the waiter never brought it to the.Dishes were kept on table 30 min to an hour beforebeing cleared. Also watched the bar tender make a drink not washing his hands first then placing the drink where the dirtydishes were for the waitress to pickup and then decided to move the dirty dishes and walked off. After this was said and done wereceived our appetizer with our meal and never received refills for our drinks. From what I see there isn't a shortage ofworkers its that they want to make a good tip and not wanting to work for it. Manager I did speak to stated they were not shortfor staff in back and food was ready. I just hope they fix the problems they have with this store or it won't be open long.. Read more
They had a Long wait due to low kitchen staff- but that wasn?t a problem for us. Didn?t mind the wait. Now the bartender didn?t... know basic drinks and made a drink on their menu very wrong twice so we just opted for water. Then all our food came out exceptthe most simple one (a salad) it came out 10 minutes later and my family was already done eating. My salad barely had anychicken whatsoever. Three stars only because the server did a good job under the circumstances with a big crowd on the patio for a birthday party.... Ordered a brisket burger and it came with cole slaw for some reason (was not pictured when I checked). That goes on the cooks.The wait time was longer than normal as well, but that I can understand. The food was pretty good at most. It was barely warm and it was not crowded by no means so there was no excuse for that. Our... food came out two plates at a time, when 9 times out of 10 it all comes out at once. My appetizer (the easiest one chips andsalsa) came out midway throught the meal. To top it off, my wife ordered a wrap and somehow it took 20 minutes to make that whenall our food (myself and two boys) came out in 10 minutes. I understand some places are short staffed (which they were not atall) and have problems training workers, but a multi million dollar company like Buffalo Wild Wings should train there peoplebetter than that. What an atrocious experience. The beverages took roughly 30 minutes to be delivered to the table. The food took an hour and... fifteen minutes to arrive, most of which was ice cold. When we asked the waiter to inform the manager about the situation, hedid not do so. When I finally spoke to the manager and explained everything, he offered absolutely zero compensation. 100% wouldnot recommend this location. Better service and food from a gas station. Read more
