Just got signed up with the app and everything and they didn't get my order. I paid for the order, it came out of my bank, and... they lost the order. Obviously been going to chipotle?s across the country for years, and always had a relatively good experience. I don?t drink... soda, haven?t for years, but I do drink a lot of water, so I?ve always asked for a water cup, but a large one and that I promiseI don?t get soda and it?s never been a problem. But this location has a particular employee who charges me $3 for a large cupeven tho I clearly state I?m getting water. Obviously I stopped asking so I wouldn?t cause an issue or whatever, but I?mstarting to think she has an issue with me because today when I went in, and got a child size bag of chips, she purposefullythrew them on the counter before she picked them up and put them in my to go bag (I don?t eat in the store anymore so I can havea full glass of water). We waited for 5 minutes for someone to help and they had already closed the kitchen at 9:20
Food tasted great but felt like the employees had been instructed not to give too much ingredients to customers. The retro... rationing made me feel less than appreciated. Tonight I ordered my usual burrito bowl online. On this particular night, everybody and their mother wanted Chipotle because... it?s clearly the best. The wait was very long, but the workers were still very kind and trying their hardest to get everybodytheir food. It was quicker to just go through the line, so they kindly let me do so.
