Worst Casey's stop on my life time this far! The 2 guys working the front registers were outside on the parking lot pn their... phones, staring inside watching people line up waiting tovbe helped with the purchases they were trying to make. Customers keptcoming in and neither of the guys budged. To the young man working the kitchen that stopped making orders in the kitchen to cometo the register and get Everyone situated there. You young man are the MVP of that store. The other guy walked in on his phone,walked behind the register and turned his back to a customer while the customer was asking a question. The other guy had hisface shoved in his phone like it was telling him directions upon which to go. Never again will i stop in there for anything. Read more
Just stopped in to use the restroom and grab a fountain drink. Holy uncleanliness . The counters where the drink machine, sub... sandwiches, and food is served are filthy. The pop machine has standing dust on the selections and spickets are caked withsticky fountain syrup. I frequent Casey?s General store and this is by far the dirtiest one that I have ever seen. Very helpful younger college age guy behind the counter! He Wasn't bothered AT ALL to check several Visa gift cards I had to see... what amounts (if any) I still had on them. I used them all up on my gas purchase and through a whole stack of them away! Oi really appreciated that!???? Read more
Employee's are friendly and store is always clean. I did have to take a star as they inflate the gas prices as opposed to placed... just a few miles away. Sometimes by up to .20 cents.. Read more
this is a very nice and large and clean convenience store. It gets alot of traffic from the wildlife preserve. They are placed... right at the exit where you get off to go to the wildlife refuge. Read more
The staff is friendly and the store always appears to be clean. They've greatly improved the timeliness of their pizza orders in... recent months. They don't have the greatest donut selection, though. Read more
The Caseys is great. However, I recommend you avoid Prairie City during your drive in the likely event its just a pit stop for... you. The police department has automated speeding ticket printers that will charge you $100 for 1-14 over, don't take the risk. Read more
