We've been here a few times now but this last time (on my birthday) was our least favorite trip. We had a 645pm Reservation but... ran into some construction which delayed us about 20 minutes. We called to let them know but we were quickly notified that staffhad no desire to sit around waiting for our family to eat so as long as we agreed to not be there all night, they would stilllet us come. This was extremely unprofessional and way out of line since their website states the kitchen closes at 830pm butyet we were told staff would like to be done as close to 8pm as possible. We decided to still go since we had someone elsemeeting us there and the kids were excited. As soon as we got there are were rushed the entire time to the point that myboyfriend finished cooking his food and packed his food to go. Our server sat right next to us glaring the entire time. She evenstarted closing down the grill while we were still cooking our food. My boyfriend walked to the bar and the bartender told himshe was trying to close so she could leave and refused to serve him a drink (yet website states bar is open until midnight andit was barely 830pm). We did not feel welcomed and felt we were interrupting the staffs plans to leave. It was extremelyuncomfortable and one of the worst birthday dinners I've ever experienced. We probably will not be returning as the $200 wespent could have went to an establishment with staff who actually wanted to serve our family instead of making us feel like aburden the entire time. The waitress even went so far as to bring me the check and ask me to pay before everyone was even donecooking. And yes, we still left a $40 tip even though the waitress didn't deserve it. Read more

There didn't seem to be any climate control so it was uncomfortably hot and stuffy inside. The service was slow at the bar. I... didn't get food, but people in my group did and they enjoyed the food. They were good-sized portions. Read more

Three stars for one reason at the end of the review its a 5 otherwise. Been going here on birthdays for years now. Braving ice... and snow storms through hail and flooding. Great location good selection of steaks. I'm a fan of this style restaurant.Obviously having some troubles post pandemic. Make the effort to get there and save this classic Supper Club. For the owners youshould remove Crab legs from the main menu it's been about 2 years since you have had them available. Keep grinding you have agreat location and establishment. Food was great as always. However, one particular waitress was very hostile and unfriendly to me when I approached her and asked... if they did anything for birthdays, and scoffed at me. I have been here many times in the past 15 years, and always had good luck, but lately the service is TERRIBLE. My dad took me... there for my birthday lunch and the bartender was an absolute troll. Never asked if we needed refills or how things were, andwhen we asked about the bill he told us we clearly don't ever go to bars or understand how taxes work... The food was great, butthe service ruined the experience as a whole. Would not recommend. Read more
