We were the only people in the restaurant we ordered our food and it took about 15 minutes to get it but that's not what was... wrong with our experience. The whole time we were there there was a glob of mashed potatoes one the floor and nobody cleaned itup. I watched 4 people walk right around it without even blinking a eye at it. They acted like it was no big deal like it'snormal to walk around a big glob of potatoes. When we pulled in to the parking lot there were a few people out in back smokingin plain sight again not a problem but when you come back in to work with food WASH YOUR HANDS. Tow of the three did wash butthe third guy went right back to work. Thank God he wasn't working on our food. This will be the last time we go to PowhatanKFC!!!! Read more

I don't know what has happened to this place but sences about the end of May this taco bell went from the best taco bell to eat... at to the worst taco bell ever. They definitely need to get that short white girl with the bun to come back she was the only onewho knew how to make my food right!!! Read more
So disappointed with them! Got my 1 item.order completely wrong! Forgot the Taco sauce that I requested in the order &No happy... hour drinks even this posted on their menu board. Even got the person in DT ahead of me order wrong because they were smart tocheck their order before driving away.i glanced at what I thought was my lone hard taco. Nope soft instead. This store deserves 2 stars because we could barely even hear the dude talk or take our order and he also placed all of our food... sideways in the bag. I grabbed out the coleslaw and it started leaking everywhere. But I mean we got cookies ???? and we didn'teven get the correct food because some people got the wrong sides. Read more
Walked into the store and didn?t notice if there were signs or not saying you can?t order inside. They told us about two minutes... later that they only did drive through. While walking out some one said ?But they walked here? and then heard others being like?Be quiet.? Online it says they?re dine in, take out, and drive through. New review as of 4/22/22: We tried going back to this location to get a quick dinner meal. Unfortunately, when we got home we... received this burnt to a crisp burrito....they just can't seem to get "food right." We went back and tried to fix it, but theysaid they were closing and everything was gone, so I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't and to just come back tomorrowfor them to make a new one. 11/12/21 review: The hours are listed online as 11:30PM on weekdays, and they constantly closebetween 9-10PM. This is the third time this has happened. Also, we have recently been twice and been denied service prior totheir scheduled closing. As of today, 11/12/21, there is a sign that says they close at 8:00 due to staffing. We were deniedservice when we pulled up at 7:55. The other time, we were in the drive through line 30 minutes to close because the inside wasclosed. We finally got to the order sign, and we were also denied service. We still got to the order sign before closing timethen, too. They might as well shut down and sell to someone else. Read more
When you spend over $9 for 2 chalupas and one taco you at least expect them to have more than 2 shreds of cheese, 2.5 tiny diced... tomatoes, the amount of chicken equivalent to one small nugget and a quarter of a pound of lettuce... This was the mostdisappointing meal I've ever had from any taco Bell. I understand scaling back but this was ridiculous and definitely makes menever want to waste my money at this location ever again. Read more
