I placed an order at 6:04 tonight. 1 large pizza and and order of 16 wings. Was told ot would be 15 to 25 minutes. Arrived to... pick up at 6:20 knowing I might have to wait a few minutes since I was 10 minutes early. We were told it had not even beenstarted and would be another 35 minutes of. All they said was sorry. If they were that busy they should have said that when Icalled the order in. Instead we had to wait in the cold car, very unacceptable. Not first time having to wait!
