Instead of mac & cheese they gave us mashed potatoes. 3 hard, dry buscuits instead of 6. Coleslaw ordered was just more mashed... potatoes. And 1 chicken tender was only a lump of breading. And, 3 cookies we didn't ask for. Makes me concerned for safety ofthe food prep. Read more
Going here is like playing the lottery. Drove through 2 hours before close. Could see 2 younger appearing workers inside. I... ordered mac and cheese and was told it would take 15-20 minutes to prepare. When has kfc not had mac n cheese ready? Im sure itcan take some time to prepare but with the attitude received it seemed painfully obvious the kids inside were just trying toavoid working. Read more

Placed an order via doordash, wait 45 minutes, with notifications that they were preparing my order. Then, after it notifies... that my delivery driver is already there, they CANCEL MY ORDER! For no reason! 45 minutes of waiting for food (during a poweroutage none the less, so I'm starving and very excited for my KFC delivery) for it to be cancelled by the restaurant after thedriver is already there, and after I've waited so long. So I'm upset about that. The kicker though? They didn't even issue me arefund! $40 down the drain in food, delivery fees, taxes, and tip for NOTHING! I've been coming to this place since I was a kidand I'm really upset! I wouldn't even be mad if they had just promptly cancelled the order and refunded me so I could order fromsomeplace else, but they didn't! Genuinely upset. Read more

Something definitely changed here as we used to come frequently. Biscuits were like bricks, Mac n cheese gummy and no flavor... the chicken breasts were so dry we just threw it all out. Lemonade was good!! I would ask for a refund but didn't want thehassle to go back. Yuk Read more
Ordered through the drive-through at 6:00pm. Here is what we got. Chicken strips that were chewy and seemed old (under the... heated lamp a long time). Fries were soggy/greasy. Mashed potatoes had CHICKEN in it! ? Bisquits were hard. DONE with FF! Read more
I get having delivery drivers come in for pick up....but for customers we should be able to use the drive thru. My elderly... mother cannot pick up her own order ahead of time. I can't order ahead without pulling my toddler out of the car which is awhole headache. And half the time they get our sides wrong. Read more
