Instead of mac & cheese they gave us mashed potatoes. 3 hard, dry buscuits instead of 6. Coleslaw ordered was just more mashed... potatoes. And 1 chicken tender was only a lump of breading. And, 3 cookies we didn't ask for. Makes me concerned for safety ofthe food prep. Read more
Going here is like playing the lottery. Drove through 2 hours before close. Could see 2 younger appearing workers inside. I... ordered mac and cheese and was told it would take 15-20 minutes to prepare. When has kfc not had mac n cheese ready? Placed an order via doordash, wait 45 minutes, with notifications that they were preparing my order. Then, after it notifies... that my delivery driver is already there, they CANCEL MY ORDER! For no reason! 45 minutes of waiting for food (during a poweroutage none the less, so I'm starving and very excited for my KFC delivery) for it to be cancelled by the restaurant after thedriver is already there, and after I've waited so long. So I'm upset about that. The kicker though? They didn't even issue me arefund! $40 down the drain in food, delivery fees, taxes, and tip for NOTHING! I've been coming to this place since I was a kidand I'm really upset!
