We took our 3 Shih-Tzus out for Ice cream, they are so kind they give each puppy a little dish of ice cream, free, wow, Cookie,... Cupcake and Coco love Bruster's and so do Mom and Dad. Thank you for the wonderful Ice cream. Read more
The ice cream was ok. But apparently there policy doesn't let you exchange anything after you've tasted it? I guess you have to... ask to sample something, I don't know. I took 1 sip of my milkshake & it was disgusting, definitely not what I would've imaginedit tasting like, but I ran right back through the drive-thru & they refused to exchange the milkshake for a different milkshake.I had to buy another milkshake. It was probably because there was nothing a bunch of teenagers inside working. Maybe they didn'tknow what to do? No clue. But yeah, don't try anything new here because you'll go broke if you don't like what you ordered &want something else. Better off going to the Bruster's off robious up the road a little ways. Pretty good, not the cleanest. At drive-up, lid for shake had some other ice cream on it, was not checked or wiped-off before... handing to customer. Tacky! Read more
We took the kids here for a "yay you made it through the school year" treat ???? Very friendly staff and quick service. Plenty... of selection and the ice cream was delicious. They even had blue pop ice which I haven't had in 10 years and it was just as goodas I remember. We will definitely be making more ice cream stops this summer. Keep up the amazing work staff! We love going here for a treat! The ice cream is really good. The kids love to bring our dog for their free doggy scoop.
