Service has been pretty good lately. Been to alot of other Tim's, they were much slower than this one.
What a joke! Worst Tim Hortons in all of Canada. Staff are rude and pushy. Wasted 15 mins stuck in drivethru to find out the... espresso machine doesn?t work. No warnings or signage.then get laughed at by staff. Don?t waste your time at this location.Gives Tim Hortons a BAD NAME. Read more
Their expresso machine was broken when I visited but aside from that it was a normal experience. The staff were friendly and my... order was correct. Got it in a timely manner. I can't comment on consistency since I'm not from Powell river and only visit onceevery few years. Just went to Tim Hortons. Six o'clock in the morning, I went in as a customer saw no one in the restaurant other than another... customer waiting for her order. Drive Thru was empty aswell. There were two employees at the front completely ignoring me afterI stood there for probably five minutes. I walked out without ordering anything. The customer who was ahead of me was STILLwaiting when I left! I went straight to StarBucks to get my coffee. I was in and out of SB in less than three minutes with mycoffee! SB had more customers in than Tim's yet, they have their act together. Go to SB! They are way more polite and theyactually speak English. Read more
I grew up going to TH and it has gone downhill over the past 15 years. The food quality and taste is very low and the staff... don't put any effort into anything. I switched to Starbucks years ago, but decided to give TH real fruit Quenchers a try andcompare with SB Refreshers, my fave summer cooldown drink. Quenchers are definitely not real fruit, the taste is bitter and likechemical. I will spend $5-6 on a Refresher anyday and never by a Quencher again. I also got a few Timbits. Anybody that goes to this location please check your point reward card for the last 5 months I've noticed that I have not been... any free coffees when I looked online I saw that I have been getting free coffees I went there yesterday and I got two coffeescame to 5.25 just before I left I wanted to get a receipt when I got the receipts it said that I have one free coffee. theemployees are keeping the money from the free coffee and keeping it I went inside said something about it they seem like theydid not care gave me some free coffee tickets was giggling with his coworkers and this was the manager I will be going to thepolice they are stealing from everyone please everyone get your receipt when you go there they are a big scam and it'sunacceptable Read more
I love Tim Hortons coffee. The coffee is consistently fresh and hot. They are always coming up with new specials for lunch and... dinner. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Store is very clean and always bright. Read more
