I don't like to order on the computer. I should be able to walk to the counter order food and get it quick. It took over 10... mins. Just to order then wait awhile and finally recieve food. I was on lunch break it needs to move faster during high volumetimes and it took all of my break and was a couple mins. Late to work. This needs to be fixed. Taco bell is supposed to be fastand cheap. Not so much any more. At least there. Read more

Very bad and poor serving. Claims of short staff but has 1 person ignoring the front counter. There where 1 in drive through and... 2 working hard on the line. The lame and very poor excuse of short staff doesn't fly when that 1 hiding in back can take acustomer's order. It you are in a hurry yes use drive through and avoid the inside at all cost.. Short staff is such a lameexcuse when it comes to someone wanting to spend their money. If you want to stretch and relax while eating go some place thatcares BUT not here..... Read more

My Wife and I went to Taco Bell. Started at the drive thru and decided to go inside because the line was so long. Got inside and... waited for 10 minutes before I started getting loud. Ask if anyone was working the counter with no answer. Might have beenbecause they had a radio playing loud and talking amongst each other. So I got louder by that time there was 4 other customersin line. 2 people were working the window and 3 making the food while we stand in line waiting for our orders to be taken.
