Placed order online said it would be ready at a specific time and then showed up 10 minutes after it said it would be ready... online and imagine that no one there and the guy says he is still working on it then someone walks in and he just starts makingthere sandwiches not like I ordered my sandwich?s online over 40 minutes ago or anything will not be returning to this locationand don?t advise anyone els to if your placing a order online can?t wait to eat my sub that I finally got 43 minutes later yum Read more

Slow as molasses is the only term that comes to mind. This location consistently has only one employee working per shift...... never anyone to help them. I blame the owner of this location, I cannot fault the employee who is doing their best. Slow, slow,slow... orders never taste fresh and ordering ahead on the app is a joke Read more

Stopped in before guy was friendly and great preparing sandwich as requested. Today, lady not friendly no greeting just what... do you want. ....or cared how to prepare sandwich it haha! Hope next time he's working or I'll go elsewhere. Ha! Read more

Placing an online order is suppose to make things quicker but what good does that do when you?re told as you walk through the... door to pick it up ?I?m sorry but I have other orders for people in the lobby to finish first?. If you have a specific time onan online order then as close to that time it should be available. The customers in line may have to wait a few minutes for thatorder to be made. Maybe more staff should be available so that online orders get completed on time. Read more

Been standing in. Line for 41 min. Only 1 employee and she was filling a large phone order. ..... Out of roast beef. And no... help at all. Still got 3 ahead of me and she's doing ALL SHE CAN DO..... REALLY DISAPPOINTED! Read more
