The reason I come to this drive-thru location because it's convenient for me, but dozens of times I was very disappointed and... dissatisfied because they always mess up my orders and all my venti-sized drinks were never filled up to the top. Most of thetimes they were 2/3 full. I've been paying $6.50 for a hot venti soy matcha tea latte and they still cheated on me. It's so sadand so wrong of them to do that. Plus, a few times they handed me my drink with it being spilled over and the outside of the cupgot really dirty and messy looking. Attached below is proof with a picture of my drink that they handed straight to me at thedrive-thru. I've been to dozens of different Starbucks locations in my life, and this is the WORST Starbucks location that Ihave been to since the past 25 years of my life being a regular Starbucks drinker. ???????? I go through this location?s drive-thru at least once every week at around 5:45/6:00am. I order through the app before I get... there, and my order is always ready, waiting, fresh, and consistent. The employees are so kind that early in the morning, and Irarely have anything wrong with my order. Just wanted to give the good folks at this location a shout-out, because this is mypre-work pick-me-up, and they?re so appreciated! Read more

Let?s be real, if your going for coffee your gonna be satisfied. If your complaining about having to wait stop! You went to a... place that services hundreds of people just like you,( coffee crazed) coffee lovers! Is it worth the wait?
