This place has consistently been the worst eating establishment I have ever seen. The food is atrocious from lunch-dinner. The... staff clearly do not care about their jobs and it shows in every way (food, service, or even attendance at work). I work nearbyand eat here out of convenience, but I have seen them not show up in the mornings, walk out on a Saturday, and mishandle food.Something?s needs to improve greatly! Read more
I bought 2 Bo?s and a gravy biscuit from this store off of doordash, even called them and asked if they could put extra... mayonnaise with no pickle because the last time I did this it said no tomato instead of no pickle on the receipt. Theyacknowledged it and said ok thank you. I get it and there is little to no mayo and pickles all over, one of these sandwiches hastwo bottom buns instead of top and bottom balance. I love Bojangles food but if this keeps up you loose my service???????? Read more
Probably the only place where I ask for EXTRA gravy on my mashed potatoes and get no gravy at all.
This location is alright. My biggest gripe with them is that they forget things in your order about a third of the time. I've... opened my bag to find no fries on a combo meal twice, I've had them forget tomatoes or lettuce on my sandwich, and today Iordered the 4 piece tender and got 3 tiny pieces of chicken. I paid 8.99 for 3 chicken nuggets and some fries today ???? Withthe negative out of the way, sometimes they add extra food to your order if you have to wait a long time, or if they are out ofsomething. It seems like this location is extremely inconsistent though, and is either having staffing problems, or hiresemployees who couldn't care less. Read more
Waited 15 min for this. 12 tender family meal. $25. The chicken was dry and over cooked. Chicken nugget style. Lost my business... for life. People work hard for there money. I'm fairly certain they only had 2 workers so I'm not even mad about the service being slow, young lady was apologetic and... friendly. My 8 piece meal (a whole chicken) had 1 breast, 3 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs. Feel a little short changed when theyreplace a breast with a wing. Alas...first world problems. Read more
