Food was nice and fresh. The staff was very friendly and kind, they kept the drive thru line moving smoothly.

Stopped by for my Dad as he hasn't been doing well because it's what he wanted. The roast beef and chicken sandwich is awesome... and a great price. Customer service was awesome and I would recommend everyone to eat here. Very clean store and the plus sideis my son can eat here as they don't cook in peanut oil. He loved the chicken nuggets. Keep up the great customer service. Wewill be back. Read more

Fries dry dry dry and burnt. Tried again 2 weeks later. Regular roast beef is fine, but brisket was dry, only 2 slices of... meat, and full of sauce and mayo. Brisket sandwich inedible. Waste of 6 bucks. This location is off the list. Try adifferent one. Read more

This location had done me better in the past, but definitely not earlier today around 5:30pm. I was looking to get the 2 for 6$... fish this day, but they recently changed their 2 for 6 menu items to the regular roast beef and the cheddar chicken sandwich. SoI decided to go with the chicken sandwich. Now, I've has this before, so I know it's not a whole chicken patty that's on thesandwich. That wasn't my concern - my concern was that there's been times where the two chicken 'strips' on the sandwich weredried out. This has happened more than once, but I decided to roll the dice...and I lost, again. Bit into it and not only was itice cold, but like tougher than chicken jerky, if that's even possible. So I went back through the drive through (it was emptyat the time, probably for good reasons) and told them my situation, so they said drive on up and park by the curb. So there Iwaited.. and waited.. and waited. Several other people went through the drive through behind me, and then it was dead again. Agood amount of time had past (probably around 20 minutes) so I got out of my car and went inside (Yeah, probably should havejust done that to begin with) and said, 'hello? Did you guys forget about me? Been waiting out here.' One guy looked at medumbfounded, and I heard a woman say, 'he's been waiting for his chicken sandwiches.' She responds to me, okay, we are makingthem now.' So I went back outside. Five minutes later a person came out and gave it to me. The new sandwiches were still cold, but at least the chicken wasn't dried out... so yeah, it will be a long, long while before I revisit this Arby's. Please getyour act together, Arby's. Read more
