This was the 3rd or 4th catering order I have placed with Yabo's in Powell and this was probably the best. I didn't have to wait... long after I arrived and nothing was missing. We had only experienced take out from Yabo's, and the experience has been good! Yesterday, we ordered a pick up order, and... whether we messed up or Yabo's did, we didn't get chips with our cheese dip. A nice young man got us a big old bag of chips. I've seen some comments that people don't like the chips, but WE LOVE THEM. Read more
So I like the food here but haven't been in awhile because most of the family doesn't. Last time was pretty miserable. It took a... solid 15 minutes to get anyone's attention. Eventually when we did we ordered food and both meals came out wrong. I orderedanother beer and it never made it's way to the table. Kinda bummed that this place has fallen off the map on service. We came on a Saturday night around 6pm. It wasn?t busy. Inside had a very relaxed sports bar vibe. We were told to have a seat,... but our waiter took a really long time to bring menus, in fact he never took our order the bar tender noticed we weren?t beinghelped and came over and waited on our table. The tacos were fine. They have some interesting options for some. The chips andsalsa were really good but they?re not complimentary. Overall it?s a sports bar style taco shop with less traditional tacooptions, but I had a poor experience because of the service. Read more
Best service by Gabe! He was phenomenal. There was a table of 6 ?Karen?s and Darren?s? behind us. They were absolutely rude and... mean. Gabe took it in stride and kept giving the best service. Came here for the first time with family. Had a draft list, the first 2 I chose they came back and told me they didn't have... anymore so drink menus need to be updated. Tacos were amazing. Food tasted really good. The restaurant itself is a bit dark andcould use some updating, Tables are mostly high tops but they do have some booths.
