On my last visit, I presented a $20.00 gift card, which belongs to a friend. The cashier told me that "it was empty". I asked... to have it back and I returned it to my friend. Yes, it HAS $20.00 on it. He (and my friend) had not scratched off a small parton the back. As a cashier, he should have checked that. Read more
No line never seen that before and when they forgot a piece of my bread they gave me a whole new tea when I came back.Food was... fresh and the service was on point. Got out the car to run in to not have to wait in the lane wrapping the building. With the sign in the window say takeout... available I thought this was okay. As soon as we get out a guy yells out the window "sorry we are drive thru only" I asked "whyis the sign up right there then" he said with a attitude "sorry we are drive thru only". I ask "can you have someone take downthe sign" he said "thank you, have a goodnight" and shut the window in my face. Drove back later sign still there. They can putup a sign. Usually great and I never write reviews but I just had the worst experience and as someone who works in the service industry I... feel disgusted with your staff. I brought my boyfriend to get his food at 10:30 ish on 11/26 and it says you guys close atmidnight but employees seemed to be closing and the girl who brought the food out was very sarcastic when she said to have justa wonderful night and slammed the window while the other employees had their jaws open that she was that rude to us.
