I?ve managed several jimmy Johns locations, so I?m going to have some pretty specific critiques for you guys. Your PM shift... would fail the corporate visit 4/5 times. Sandwich accuracy needs work. You?re supposed to get the mayo edge to edge so there?sno dry bites. There?s specifically big dry chunks every time I order a sandwich. The photo attached is a very large area with nomayo on it when I ordered EXTRA mayo. The extra mayo servings aren?t the appropriate amount either. It?s inconsistent and theemployees aren?t following the heaping scoop and level scoop rules. Speed - sandwiches are supposed to be made in 30 secondseach. I personally could do a #9 in 15 from start to finish. The employees here are usually 90-120 seconds which is really badand doesn?t represent the brand at all. The cleanliness gets an 8/10 from me. I?m not going to bother going into details aboutthe mayo rotation on the shelves or the chip rotation. #1 critique here is the mop smell that overpowers the food smell in thefront of the restaurant. Might need to add deep washing that mop on the daily or weekly? Anyways the service has beenconsistently lacking in the PM shift for months when I go there now. Hopefully management can improve. Ordered a large Italian sub called Vito?s. Nice quick service. Picked it up and when I opened it there was no meat at all in the... sandwich. I called to inform them. They wanted the sandwich back and I gave it to them. Until I drove back they did not preparea replacement. They did apologize and said they did not have the right bread left. I want to start off by saying the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. How ever my gripe is with the menu and your... lack of ability to heat a sandwich. I took one bite, wrapped my sandwich back up, and took it to a microwave. I understandpeople like this place, and to each there own, but Jimmy John's needs to try and catch up with Subway. Rant over. We ordered a box of subs a day before we needed them from this location, 8pm pickup time before they closed at 9pm on a Friday.... The location called around 4pm saying they were closing early due to staffing issues. My husband tried to call back to find outif they were able to cancel/refund the order or if they needed us to pick it up earlier and they hung up on him. We waited a fewdays since t, maybe it would drop off and not go through. It did get charged and it wasn't until WE called them (Wednesday atthis point) that they told us we'd need to dispute the charge with our bank and they couldn't refund it. No time in 5 days hadthe location tried to contact us, and now we have to jump through hoops to get our money back from Jimmy Johns - terriblebusiness practice! Update with timeline: purchase Nov 25, requested refund/dispute charge with bank Nov 30, currently Dec 8still no refund or resolution to disputed charge?currently out $66.
