Today on my lunch break, which is at 7am because I work midnights, I spent $5.02 on a medium iced caramel latte and I took three... swallows as of taking this picture! It?s literally ALL ice! Total garbage! I won?t ever order anything cold from this placeagain! I watched this guy that I assume was new try to put my drink together the cup wasn?t even half full when he jammed itfull of use. He smashed it to fit down in the cup and I assumed get the drink cold. There was still a gap at the top of my drinkso he handed it to the girl working there and she jammed EVEN MORE ICE INTO IT instead of putting a little more of a beveragelike maybe milk in there! It would?ve cost the place less than a penny for! And I had to pay $5! Good luck staying in businessthis way! Especially in this economy we are living in! Read more
I work for Uber eats, and this location did not check an order number and gave an order. I was picking up to a random person.... They did not offer to remake the order for me. On top of that they were not helpful and honestly a little rude. I do notrecommend this location. Read more

Came in to place a order on our way through town. Tried to place a order and was told they weren't able to do so bc they were... not able to add matcha to anything besides the matcha latte which is incorrect bc I order the refreshers often at home and addmatcha. I said ok can you do a matcha latte added blood orange flavor.no that's not option. So I changed my order to a icedmacchiato pumpkin spice add cream was told they were not able to add cream bc the manager didn't allow this and was very strict.So I ask for the energy punch was told it wasn't on the menu and it clearly was so then another girl said well we don't have thestuff. So I open my app to see other options while the 2 girls decided to just speak to each other very rudely discussing theorders and what there responses were going to be of why they were unable to do them. So I looked back up and said so what yallare saying is your unable to customize any order regardless of what I ask for. She said well it's only specifics were able todo. I said well can you make a iced coffee and add pumpkin flavor with cream and sugar or is that not an option either. It tookme 5 times changing my order to get something they could make. The attitudes of these 2 ladies was very rude and they actedannoyed just by me trying to place an order. I go to duncan often and order all the above drinks with no issues at multipledifferent locations. Not sure who the manage is over this location but they need to train there employees in customer servicejust a little better bc the behavior of your employees was very rude and disrespectful. This dunkin is my go to spot every day, 2 times a day! Yes I know I have a dunkin addiction, but how could I not when they... always make my drink correct, and my order remembered, and know me by name. The staff there is amazing and super friendly! This is a typically busy DD in Powdersville located directly off 153 in a strip mall. Despite a very well kept store front,... which appears new and frequently cleaned, the drive-thru line wraps around the back of the building near the garbage area. Ithas seen some weather. It?s not picturesque or inviting (see photos). The service was slightly better than what is to beexpected. Thankfully my order was ready upon arrival to the drive-thru window, as I was car number seventeen in line (noexaggeration). Order was correct and efficiently conveyed. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee and blueberry glazeddonut. Employee was pleasant and professional. Will definitely come here again and would recommend, although I have had otherexperiences where the drink was not made properly. Hence the 3 stars out of 5. Read more
Im from Powdersville. First time trying their breakfast. Went through the drive. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwhiches. Bacon on both... were 80% raw. My son and I took bites before we noticed. I prefer my bacon not super crispy. This was like it had been on agrill 30 seconds. I will not be back. Read more
